Booking and Rate Information

Brennecke’s Beach Cottage is available year round for $2600 a week. Check in is at 4pm, Check out is at 10 am. It's best to reserve early to secure your desired dates. There's a $500 deposit, and a $165 required cleaning charge.  Payment is required 90 days prior to your arrival, or you will forfeit your requested dates.

Types of payment accepted are:

Mastercard, Visa, Traveler's checks, personal checks, and business checks.

Deposits must be received within 7 days of your reservation. The deposit will be promptly returned to you within one week of departure, less any extraordinary cleaning, long distance charges, or any damages that exceed normal wear.

Cancellations must be received in writing at least 90 days prior to your planned arrival at Brennecke’s Beach Cottage. All cancellations are subject to a $100 cancellation fee. Cancellation notification of less than 90 days results in forfeiture of the full amount unless we are able to re-rent the unit to another party for the period affected by the cancellation.
