Best experiences of our lives

I just wanted to let you know that the pictures I've attached (above) were taken out front of the cottage. Although you see the beauty daily I thought you still would enjoy them. As you know already, our family had one of the best experiences of our lives
during our stay in Kauai. Your accommodations were a major part of that. Before I get into specifics, I have to say that Tyme was incredible. Your dad was really friendly and wonderful too.
And of course all of our correspondences with you have been just awesome.
Here are a few specific things we jotted down when we were there...

The Cottage:
What we loved:
- the view (obviously!)
- so close the beach
- the spacious yard was amazing for kids
- porch with shade
- well equipped kitchen
- same as above for towels, linens,
- new front load washer and dryer
- dishwasher was great
- ditto for instructions, basket, body wash, etc.
- hot tub
- we just really felt like we were at our cottage - we totally felt at home

Mahalo Nui Loa for a wonderful stay at Brenncke Beach Cottage! We had a fantastic New Year Anniversary trip! We spent a day driving up the westside up to Waimea Canyon (recommended) and also a day going tup the east side to Hanalei and the North Shore. We enjoyed a sunset at the Princeville Hotel over cocktails--very romantic.

We had a great meal at Cafe Portofino in Kalapaki Bay and really enjoyed the fish tacos at Keoki’s. Koloa Fish Market has great poke and reasonable prices. Dinner at the Beach house was lovely. Blue Dolphin Catamaran tours up the Na Pali was fun but too rough to go to Ni’ihau.
All the more reason to come back in summer!

We saw turtles, whales, a few manta ray! and dolphins here on the beach--wonderful! We especially enjoyed our fantastic seats for the New Years fireworks show!

Couldn’t ask for a sweeter place to stay

Had a happy stay to celebrate a 60th B-day on Feb 23. Drove up the east side of the island on Wednesday all the way to the end. Today, Friday we’re driving up the westside until the end. Will visit the Waimea Festival. Now it’s Sat, our last full day at the cottage. Couldn’t ask for a sweeter place to stay. We enjoyed a lightening show over the ocean last night as the rainstorm followed us home from Waimea. This morning saw several whales splashing as they frolicked out of the water. Really enjoyed the cottage, the view, the beach. Thank you for this opportunity to stay in Kauai on the beach! Aloha :)

This was our 12th year staying here at Brennecke’s Beach Cottage. It is like no other--we just have Kauai in our hearts year round. Our 5 weeks flew by. So aloha till 1/08--

There is no better place to celebrate Kauai! Turtles and all the beauty from Brennecke’s Beach Cottage lanai...sunsets at the beach park! This is our Hawaii home.

We’re sad these 5 days went by so quickly. Having never been to Kauai before we are so happy we picked this house in this gorgeous area. My favorite part about Hawaii are teh sea turtles and to be able to see them from this deck is truly awesome! I love this deck!!
Can’t wait to come back to Kauai!

What a wonderful time at Brennecke’s Cottage. Beautiful sunsets from the deck, lots of whales. Great walks along the ocean. We at at the Plantation a wonderul meal. Try the Puka Dogs at Poipu Village, also Keoki’s Grill was fun. We loved our time here with good friends, good drinks, lots of fun and laughs! Thanks Kathie for putting this all together.

We agree with everyone who has been here before us. This is an incredible place. We've watched several turtles "body surfing" out front . . . This is a magical place. It's so easy to waste away a day on the lanai sipping mimosas. Pretty rough duty. We loved it.  Tom & Kelli--Ketchikan, Alaska
